An eyeball is the part of an eye that is shaped like a ball. The front of an eyeball is white with a round area of color, such a brown, green, or blue, in the middle. Inside that round area is also a round black hole that is like an open window into the eye. That "window" lets light come into your eye so that you can see.
People can see your eyeballs when your eyes are open, but they can't see them when your eyes are closed. |
