Lebanon is a country on the continent of Asia. It is in an area of the world called the Middle East. Lebanon lies on the shore of a sea called the Mediterranean. Its neighbors are Israel and Syria. Most of Lebanon has a mild climate with warm summers and cool winters. Lebanon has flat lands along the coast of the sea but also mountains in the east.
